A friendly team of nine people on our sales order desk are available to take orders and answer queries through a variety of methods to suit you. Our commitment to investing in people means our customer services staff are highly trained - an average of 5 days per person in 2005, and are measured against 13 customer focussed KPIs.

Sophisticated planning systems are used to ensure consistently high availability of stock, and an equally sophisticated complaint handling system is in place to quickly deal with any issues that may arise. We offer site visits to discuss logistical requirements and engineer-out potential problems, and our online system gives you instant access to you proof of delivery documents.

Next day delivery for full loads on orders received before 2pm. 48 hour delivery on half loads.
Orders can be placed by phone, fax, EDI or email – however you prefer it.
Enquiries and orders can be placed from 8am to 5.30pm.
A range of Specialist Vehicles are available – hiab / piggy / rigid.
Timed deliveries available on full loads ( am / pm on half loads)
